Job description

Incoming and outgoing inspection of raw materials and products to ensure quality and food safety, supervising good manufacturing and hygiene practices, monitoring legislation, updating documentation, labels and production system data, archiving documents and reference samples. Over time, contributing to IFS Food documentation.

Involvement in new projects with the opportunity to influence the quality system. Immediate start possible.

Requirements

  • University degree in food safety, quality or food technology
  • Computer literacy
  • Experience with IFS Food requirements (implementation or knowledge)
  • Excellent knowledge of HACCP
  • Valid sensory tests or course in sensory food control
  • Independence, reliability, responsibility, communication and organisational skills
  • Willingness to learn and ability to work in a team
  • Active English is an advantage
